Research Intern, CRESE

I study how unexpected shocks to oil production or agricultural output can influence the economy. By observing market reactions immediately after these shocks, I measure their effects on prices, growth, employment, and financial system stability. I am also interested in specific linkages, such as the relationship between oil and agriculture through biofuels. My objective is to better understand how these shocks propagate through the economy, particularly in the most vulnerable countries.
